Telloos – Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Telloos, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.

2. Eligibility (18+)

Telloos contains adult and sensitive content. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years old or older.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Telloos for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, or redistribute platform materials without permission.

4. User Conduct

Users must not engage in:

• harassment or harmful behavior,
• distributing illegal content,
• uploading content that violates third-party rights,
• attempting to bypass platform restrictions.

5. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of the content they upload. By posting content, you grant Telloos a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and monetize your content within the platform.

6. User-Generated Audio & Music Responsibility

Telloos does not provide or license any music, audio tracks, sound libraries, or commercial audio content.

Users are fully responsible for ensuring that:

• they own all rights to any audio they upload,
• they have permission to use any music included in their videos,
• their content does not violate copyright.

Telloos does not pre-screen audio and is not liable for any user-uploaded music. By uploading, you accept full legal responsibility for all audio used in your content.

7. Platform Is Not a Music Provider

Telloos does not offer built-in music, sound effects, or audio mixing tools. Any music found in user content was added externally and is solely the responsibility of the uploader.

8. Adult Content Disclaimer

Telloos permits adult/sensitive content, but such content is automatically blurred by default. Clear content can only be unlocked through paid access, subscriptions, or platform-defined engagement conditions.

Telloos does not allow explicit adult content to be displayed publicly without restrictions.

9. DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

Telloos complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, contact:

Upon receiving a valid DMCA request, Telloos will remove the reported content and may suspend accounts of repeat infringers.

Telloos acts only as a hosting provider and is not responsible for user-uploaded content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or for harmful activity.

11. Changes to Terms

Telloos may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of any modifications.
